REPORT: Watford found agreement for Roma ace Iturbe

One and a half years ago, AS Roma overtook Juventus in the hunt for the Argentine-born Paraguayan forward Juan Manuel Iturbe, by paying to Hellas Verona €22 million plus bonuses. The former FC Porto didn’t get used to the new ambiance, and last summer was about to leave, but the giallorossi’s Sporting Director Walter Sabatini blocked his transfer to Genoa.
The rossoblu seem to be in any case part of the player’s destiny: after their game against Roma indeed, the Capital’s club –as reported by gianlucadimarzio.com- found an agreement with Watford for the player’s transfer.
The 22-year-old will join the English club on loan with right to buy, and will be able to be signed for about €18 million. In the hunt for “el Messi Guaranì”, the Hornets have overtaken Valencia and Bournemouth.
