Lazio vs. Juventus: 5 things you need to know

The last time that Lazio beat Juve was under Roberto Mancini in 2003, with Bernardo Corradi and Stefano Fiore racking up a 2-0 win. Since then six draws and 15 wins for the Old Lady.

Lazio manger Stefano Pioli has never beat Juventus. In his 11 games, he’s been three draws and eight losses.

Both teams have failed to score in the first 15 minutes this season, but the two are the most prolific clubs in the last 15’: six goals for Juve and five for Lazio.

Lazio’s hit-man Alessandro Matri is on loan from AC Milan, but is an ex Juve player. He scored four times against the Bianconeri but his last goal was in September 2010, shortly before joining Juventus.

Paulo Dybala is Juventus’ star man this season with six goals and three assists and would like to keep up this form at the Stadio Olimpico.
